Online Purchases < - When you make an Online purchase, it is necessary to give us your name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address and credit card information to complete your purchase.

Customer Service - Customers who contact our customer service center, may be asked to provide personally identifying information so that we can create an account or reference your account in order to best assist you with your call.

Protecting your information is our top priority. Your information is secured by our use of a secure server (SSL) when you place your order. Your information is encrypted by the software before it is sent to us. All access to this information is limited and protected against unauthorized use.

Include the following information


1. Your Order Number

2. The Item number of the product(s) you wish to return

3. The reason for the return. IE: Product damaged in shipment, product defective, the wrong item was ordered or shipped.

4. Condition of Product: Opened or Unopened.


We will reply by e-mail with the return authorization number and shipping instructions for the product being returned. We do not accept any product returns for credit or replacement without a return authorization number. The return authorization number will be good for 10 business days from date of issue.

Once the product is received and inspected, replacement product will be sent , or a refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to twenty one (21) days for the processing of returned products.

Pro Flaps will pay return shipping only on a product shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. All damaged or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of the date of shipment.

Pro Flaps accepts product returns for 30 days from the date of the order (not including shipping charges). In order to receive credit, the product must not have been installed, and all products must be returned in the original packaging and include all original parts. All products returned for any reason other than being defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee
