Return Policy

 

To return an item contact us via e-mail at sales@proflaps.com or by phone @ 509-453-4318

 

Include the following information

 

1. Your Order Number


2. The Item number if the product(s) you wish to return


3. The reason for the return. IE: Product damaged in shipment, product defective, the wrong item was ordered or shipped.


4. Condition of Product: Opened or Unopened.

 

We will reply by e-mail with the return authorization number and shipping instructions for the product being returned. We do not accept any product returns for credit or replacement without a return authorization number. The return authorization number will be good for 10 business days from date of issue.

Once the product is recieved and inspected, replacement product will be sent , or a refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to twenty one (21) days for the processing of returned products.

Pro Flaps will pay return shipping only on a product shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. All damaged or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of the date of shipment.

Pro Flaps accepts product returns for 30 days from the date of the order (not including shipping charges). In order to recieve credit, the product must not have been installed, and all products must be returned in the original packaging and include all original parts. All products returned for any reason other than being defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee
